High Hcg has not correlation to twins. It has correlation to molar pregnancies, and some genetic/chromosomal issues. I would not be concerned though unless your doctor is concerned

It does seem higher but unfortunately that doesn't show the levels passed 8 weeks and that would make it super helpful.
