Decided to start TTC!

Hi all!

My husband and I have finally decided that we want to start TTC in March of next year. I know it seems like a while ahead, but time seems to be flying by! I wanted to hop in this group to get some advice, info, or tips!

I have PCOS (diagnosed). My GYN said it would be harder to conceive based on my AMH level, my estrogen/testosterone levels, and the fact that I only have periods in the warmer months (weird, right? I NEVER get them in the winter unless I take medication). But, I’ve been tracking my cycle and taking ovulation tests when indicated and I definitely ovulate after a cycle! So, that’s a huge pick me up.

I’ve been using ovulation strips from Modern Fertility. But, are there certain brands that you recommend? Are there any natural herbs/medication that you feel are helping in your journey? What should I prepare for?
