What is going on?

Got pregnant right away after stopping birth control with my 1st. Was 26 at the time. I’m

now 30.5 and decided to stop my birth control in July, had period August 14th ish and according to all 4 apps, I’m about 10-12 days late for my period. Did my first test as soon as my period was expected and negative. Continued to get negatives testing every other day and decided to get a blood test at 7 days late based on the apps. I do have symptoms or so I think because maybe I’m more hyper aware of my symptoms. Haven’t tested since 9 days late. I’m not sure what to do. My OBGYN hasn’t called me back, I have no symptoms even similar to PMS and have always had regina’s periods. Should I test again in a few days?
