So I am 6-7 weeks pregnant ( I think). I don't have a proper LMP as I got pregnant after stopping birth control. I had unprotected sex on 14th and 15th August, so I might have ovulated around that week. I got my first positive on 27th Aug but my HCG was only 9.13 and repeated on 29th August and for 34.

And 68 in 31st August. Doctor was happy with the doubling and for my First child also, the HCG was pretty similar and she is 6 year old now.

I had really bad symptoms along with a viral fever. I was nauseous with every small around the house and got really tired for about a week. After that the symptoms completely stopped for me.

I had my first scan 8th sept and it was too early to see anything I think I didn't see anything. They asked me to come a week later and on 17th September they saw a gestational sac of 6.9mm. Doctor said thats good as there is some progress. I should be around 6 weeks at that time and I had no hope since my symptoms stopped and no yolk sac or fetal pole was visible. I have a repeat scan on Oct 2nd now but I am already ready for a negative news. But from today my symptoms came back and I feel extremely nauseous. Now I am really hoping that's a good sign and I might still have a chance to have a viable pregnancy. I don't know if it's an option and I don't want to get my hopes up.

Would love to get some advice.
