Positive !!

I suffer from recurring miscarriages all very early apart from my most recent which was my son I lost at 17 weeks. I also have 3 perfectly healthy boys my youngest being 21 months . I’m currently 11dpo and had a positive clear blue. I’m absolutely so scared the same thing will happen . How can I try and enjoy this pregnancy and not have constant worries . After my positive test EPU told me to straight into the progesterone pessary and they will see me in 2 weeks. I just can’t relax or settle in petrified.
