TW: miscarriage question

Those who’ve had multiple losses and had medical management through misoprostrol and natural losses, would you say the pain is about the same?

Wondering if I should wait and just let it happen naturally after hearing the stories of the pain the med can cause but I want to have some control over the situation and don’t want to draw it out longer. Were your cramps comparable? Feels like either choice sucks. This whole thing is crushing me. What did they feel like? I’m sorry I know this is a traumatic subject and I don’t want to be insensitive. I only had one natural loss before and it was a chemical pregnancy, I’m further along this time so don’t know what to expect.. my two other losses were d&cs so the recovery wasn’t terrible
