Implantation bleeding or period?

My menstrual cycle is 28-32 days. I had light spotting (pinkish to loght brown) on cycle day 24, 25 and early morning of 26 only. I had milky white cervical mucus at cycle fay 27. Today, I am on cycle day 28 and when I woke up, I had light brown spotting again. I think I ovulated on cycle day 14. I had mild cramping at cycle day 24. Any insights?

There’s not a lot of concrete evidence that supports implantation causing vaginal spotting or bleeding. There are tons of different causes of spotting outside of a period. The two most common are hormonal or cervix related. This most likely indicates your progesterone is declining, and when it completely plummets, it triggers your period. You can always take a test. If it’s positive, report any spotting or bleeding to your Doctor. Good luck!!
