CFS leak or Sinus related

So I’m low key freaking out. Over the past few days I’ve had headaches, either ocular or one sided, yesterday I was feeling quite dizzy and a little nauseous. I brushed it off as my low iron as I do suffer from anemia. But this morning I woke up with a slightly sore throat and runny nose. But not like a normal runny nose, my nose is pouring with a salty watery substance. Almost like tears are flowing out of my right nostril. It’s not like your typical snot. This is like water. Could it could be a CFS leak. Thoughts?
