Could I be have a cryptic/hook effect pregnancy?

A few weeks before my period was due I got a faint positive. But the next test and thus after were all negative. I’m now 3 weeks past my missed period (I’m typically irregular but don’t have pcos.) and I have been taking prenatal for a 1.5 months to TTC. I’ve been having symptoms from back pain to nausea but nothing to make me think yeah I’m pregnant. I have had 2 kids 5 and 3 without help who were positive at 9-10 DPO. I had a routine pap yesterday and she said my cervix was really high and had to get a longer speculum. The urine tests are still coming up negative she didn’t do a blood test but she wants to do an ultrasound to see if I have a cyst. Removed the test due to group rules. I’ve also take ovulation test to see if I was ovulating which is the normal reason for a high cervix.
