Can I have another c section ?

Can I ask for a c section with this pregnancy if I’ve had one with my last pregnancy? I’ve had a normal delivery and a C section.

Yeah you absolutely can. I was 8 weeks pregnant and they asked me what my preference would be, I’ve had two previous Cs one emergent, one for a breach baby, and now I’m having twins. 3 Cs for me, no question.

My sister's first was a C-section (breech) and they tried offering another C-section but she had a VBAC and then a vaginal. She said that she had to sleep in a chair for over 2 weeks after she left the hospital. After her first VBAC she was up cleaning, playing with her kids, and enjoying a new baby. Her first 2 are a year and a half apart. She said she would never have another C-section. She said her VBAC was so much easier and less painful than her C-section.

IMO I would do a Vbac. Much safer than a repeat csection.

They typically have you do another if you already had one i had one with my 1st so that made me have one with my 2nd 3rd and now this one

Depends on where you are from where I am from if you had a c section then they typically would want a c section but are not against VBAC (however if you had a normal birth before they would be more reasonable to give the go ahead for a VBAC) again that’s just where I am from.
