7 week hcg levels

Hi yall 👋 I was wondering what was your hcg level at seven weeks? And if anybody knows what a normal hcg level range at seven weeks is? I had labs done and I was informed my hcg level was “extremely high”. The nurse said I could be wrong about my last period and I’m actually further along, but I track it on a tracker so I know it’s accurate. Or she said it could be twins. Twin mamas, what was your hcg levels at seven weeks. Mine is 174,430.. the internet shows it’s only a bit high but the nurse said it’s extremely high?
