What I thought was a light period followed by a positive pregnancy test?!?

So I had my “period” for 6 days, light flow mostly dark brown in colour. Before this I had pregnancy symptoms such as nausea at night, back pain and sensitive to smell (all which still remain) My abdomen and breast have been super itchy since too. I took a pregnancy test today and within a minute a line has come up. I’ve done two today both not first morning pee and both faint positive.

Has this happened to anyone else and did you have a successful pregnancy?

I’ve booked in to see doctor tomorrow, just wondering out of curiosity if people have experienced this.
