Symptoms getting less at 8 weeks?!

Im 8 weeks and 2 days today and my nausea is barely there the last couple days, im less tired and boobs aren't as sore, they havent completely gone but are noticeably less, im freaking out, i had 2 good private scans at 6.5 and 7.5 weeks both clear views of baby with a heart beat, but im now waiting for the date of my 12 week dating scan (UK) and im terrified I'll go for it and baby will be gone, im super anxious especially after having lots of big bleeds with my youngest son (subchronic haematoma)
