Spotting/ help

I’m 9mo pp I’ve already had 3 periods since having baby I ebf so I started my 1st period end of July my 2nd end of aug 3rd end of Sept it last for 7 days ok so me and hubby had sex 4days before my last period ended he finished in me because well I didn’t think you can get pregnant on your period that far in so that was Sept 25th I am spotting today 10/4 could I be pregnant or am I like starting my period again it’s usually supper heavy at first I also only ever spotted because of implantation
