Am I pregnant?

Did anyone ever have a light bleeding flow of implantation bleeding? So l'm bleeding but it's a very light flow doesn't fill up the whole pad. It'll stop then it'll start again but my periods are usually really heavy.

My period was also late the day it was suppose to come I only got a small thing of blood a little bit bigger than a quarter in my panty liner, I took 2 pregnancy test that had faint lines before that. I am also experiencing pregnancy symptoms. I do have a cramping sensation in my lower right side. I have been told that ovulation test can tell you if your pregnant before a pregnancy test.
