Me again 🤦🏼‍♀️

So a couple weeks ago I posted that I had some spotting . It stopped , called the dr, they told me to take it easy till I went one week without bleeding . If it got worse to go in which it didn’t . I had an appointment Friday and everything was good baby is good . The last week or so I’ve had no appetite and it just feels like if I do anything other then sit around and do nothing I feel awful. Mainly the last few days I keep getting hot and shakey, I feel nauseous , I’m extremely tired all the time , and now I’m spotting again . The weird part both times I’ve had the spotting the baby had been moving around a lot ,More then usual . I’m 30+1 and not sure how I’ll make another 9-10 weeks feeling like this .
