No contact is HARD

My man & I ended our new relationship bcuz he has personal issues & addictions (that I didn’t know about) going on. He left my town, back to his town which was originally supposed to only be for 3 days. It’s been a little over a week now.

I feel terrible for him, he feels undeserving of love & anything good. I tried to let him know that he is deserving of everything good & that I hope he finds his way. It’s only day 1 of no contact & I miss him. I just want to help him but I can’t, he won’t let me lol. He knows that his town is no good for him, he’s been in my town & he was doing so good here. But idk when he will be back now, not that it’s my business anymore.

No contact sucks. It’s hard. I want to tag & show him memes that we would’ve found funny or relatable. lol. sigh.. I just hope he’s okay.
