Am I wrong for saying this to my Mil?

Today my mother in law started talking about how my son is drooling (he’s teething) and how I should talk to his doctor and check his ears and nose because maybe he has an obstruction. I said no he’s teething I’m not worried about it. She replied with wow no one wants to listen to me when I say something and I don’t understand why you can’t listen to what I say. I felt bad, but also she is always telling me how to do things/ parent.
