TMI yeast infection

So I took Fluconizol a littleover a week ago and after a few days, still didn'tfeelmuch relief. I have prescription Miconizole left over from previousinfection. So i used that. I missed the 3rd night and restarted for 4 more days. Symptoms are much better, basically gone. Still occasionally itchy later at night a tiny bit but idk if its in my head??? a crazy amount of cottage cheese discharge still. No smell at all. Shouldn'tthe discharge have stopped? Ive had many infectios over the years and dont recall ever have this
