TW possible miscarriage. Need some happy ending stories and some advice good or bad🩷

i’ve had spotting for around 5 days now, i’m supposed to be 10 weeks, but we went for a scan and we’re measuring super small for being 10 weeks. we’ve been given a two week wait, but my mind is running wild. i suppose im just looking for advice good or bad, if this has happened to you and what to expect. and also some happy stories if you have them🩷
