Miscarriages suck :/

I just had a miscarriage…those of you that have dealt with that…how have you gotten through the tough times? Also I’m just asking but when should I have sex again? And how long do I wait? When should I even try for a baby? Should I even try again? Can I even try again? I’ve already had 2 miscarriages and they were 3 years apart. Is there something wrong with me? Please help. I need someone to talk to.
