Had a miscarriage Sept 4 at about 5 weeks, currently on cycle day 38. No signs of period, negative tests. When did your period return after a miscarriage? Did you ovulate without getting a period ? If so when did you ovulate? Hoping for my rainbow baby but not sure if and when I would have ovulated and when I would see it on tests..
