Working out and period

Hey Glow. I'm new to the fitness world. I've started my journey back on August 15th this year.

Since I've been working out, I have not had a cycle. My last cycle was in August. I'm not sexually active, so it's not pregnancy. I'm about 19 days late. Is this normal? Do I get used to this? Just trying to figure how to plan going forward with the holidays coming up.
