Implantation bleeding ?

Hi ladies could this be implantation bleeding ?

My cycles are irregular due to my thyroid problems & PCOS , I’ve been trying for a baby for 2 months now and nothing so far , tested on Saturday and test was negative- app said I should’ve started 8 days ago but from experience it’s always been wrong , especially when I ovulate as my cycles seem to be longer , me and my partner have been baby dancing every other day because of this . Today I’ve had the below and it’s gotten me pretty down 😔 But this isn’t normal for me . It’s either heavy red red or nothing at all . It’s very sticky similar to egg white but obvs has pink in it .

Should I re test in a couple of days or wait till the weekend ?
