So I’ve been on and off with my weight loss journey since 2021. I’ve put more on than have lost and it’s affecting me mentally. I look in the mirror and don’t like what I see. I want to lose weight not for my mental health but my overall health. So here’s where I need help

I like to work out at home. I don’t do gyms nor do I feel comfortable going to one. Who are some fitness YouTubers or what specific videos helped you lose weight? I typically do no equipment workouts as I have none.

How long per each workout do you recommend/days per week?

I want some meal prepping ideas. I enjoy steak and chicken. How long do these meals last in fridge if prepared in advance?
