Safe meds to give to together?

I have these cough meds and vitamins for my kiddos, is it safe to use these together or can I only do one or the other meaning just the cough syrup or just the vitamin?? I accidentally bought cough and immune along with the vitamins instead of cough and mucus/cough and cold. (Top two is for my 3 year old and bottom two for my 1 year old) please help I’m freaking out as I already administered them to my kiddos this morning and didn’t realize what it said until I went to give them the night time one!! (Also don’t know what group to post in so I’m just gonna post in postpartum group)
