Does your partner tell you you’re pretty, beautiful etc?

Does your partner tell you you’re pretty or beautiful? I’m always telling my husband he’s sexy, handsome etc but he never tells me I’m pretty or anything and when I asked him tonight if he even thought I was pretty for our wedding 6 months ago, he got mad and told me stop overthinking.

Yes, but not every day (which I’m fine with because I don’t tell him he’s handsome every day). He’ll compliment me in other ways, like he’ll tell me how much he loves my cooking/baking or how I’m the “best wife ever.” I prefer those type of compliments over ones about how I look. Tell your husband how you feel and that kind words go a long way for you.

That’s not his love language. Yours is giving words of affirmation but his is not. Does he show you love in other ways? I read a book about the five love languages and learning to love others in their love language is like trying to learn an entirely new language! It helped us a lot though!

Yes he does. I’m he doesn’t do it everyday which I’m ok with but he also shows I’m attractive in other ways. His love language is touch and he’s very touchy feely.

I don't know that he's said it once . He told me once lol well just what about just always lol when I was telling him about my coworker telling me I looked cute and I said oh it's cuz I'm not in my work shirt and he said lol and I said makes me wonder do I look ugly in my work shirt and he said lol. So I said that's when you supposed to say yes you do lol jk jk and he said the above statement. 
On the other hand my best friend tells me regularly so it evens out for me
