Micarriage signs?

So my period was 5 days late, on the 5th day I started bleeding. No clots just watery dark red blood. It last about 5 days, wasn’t heavy. I tested when I was late, and it came back negative. Three days after the bleeding stopped I felt off and tested, and got a positive test. Tests are still coming back positive, but I’m confused on if I’m actually pregnant or having a miscarriage?
