How real was your gender dream?

I haven't seen exact my baby. But always end up seeing someone's baby. Recently 2 months back my cousin gave birth to a baby girl. Last night i saw a dream a baby on a bed. Baby was crawling side to side. Then my cousin came and took a beautiful girly dress. But she ended up dressing him in a boy outfit and saying it's not a girl it's a boy. Was teasing me with a girl outfit. Showed me all the boy clothes. I can still see the baby. Can picture him. My cousin definitely had a girl .so can it be mine i saw in the dream? It was surreal. I can't stop thinking about the dream. My tears fills with happiness even thinking about it. This month 28th i have my 22 weeks scan and where i will find my babies gender.
