I need help?

Hello, last Saturday I had unprotected sex with my husband. We have been together for 7 years and have never used protection. Monday night we had sex again but after I started having a feeling in my vaginal area. Just like a tingling feeling. Not really itchy, there is no discharge, or smell. Just this feeling. It’s not even a strong feeling. Am I being paranoid? Or is this something to worry about?

If I’m being paranoid it’s because way before I met my husband a guy that I was seeing gave me chlamydia. I remember it being very itchy and having gray discharge. But this is different. It’s not intense at all. Just a tingling feeling.
