Mucus plug?

Sorry for the TMI picture. Currently 38+1 with my second baby. Is this my mucus plug? I was induced with my first baby and never lost my plug naturally. 
I’ve been crampy, occasional contractions but nothing regular. What can I expect if this is my mucus plug?

Your mucus plug is just like snot from your nose. You can blow your nose and snot can come back. Your mucus plug can just keep regenerating (and keep losing it) until your body fully goes into labor.

I had clearer one at about 35weeks. By 37 weeks it looked like this a few days later labour came knocking. Good luck xx
