Weird period?

Usually my period is extremely heavy first 2-3 days then it gets lighter over a period of 7 days, where by day late day 5, early 6 I’m wearing regular/light tampons. It was very heavy first 2 then out of nowhere, it’s been extremely light. That’s unusual bc my period is usually 7 days long. It’s very light where I’m wearing regular and light tampons and it’s hardly filling but you can still see clotting and blood on the tampon. Bright red/ brown and not pink. Any ideas what this means?

No birth control btw besides pull out method (w condom)

I also have been stressing a bit so I thought maybe that’s it but I’m always stressing 😭😭 and this never happens.

Side note related? My dr thinks I have pelvic floor dysfunction and wants to start treatment for it.
