Hear me out

Been trying for over 8 months, i have a ovarian cyst in my right side, nd been feeling like i cant concieve, i need TIPS AND TRICKS but just started tracking bbt Was late 5 days then was spoting ( barely filling a pad) on the days below. My boobs are normally tender days before my period EVERYTIME. But it wasnt this tome, lil sharp cramps on either side for few seconds then go away, Sex drive been high lately, really watery cm and maybe raw egg white 2 days ago. The test was negative on the 5th. Think my hormones are just everywhere
