Advice needed!!

Hey,

so I’m 27, my periods are always regular, come when expected and last 3/4 days.

I bled on Friday so I thought my period had arrived as I was expecting it to.. Friday night I was up all night with unusual pains (I never experience pain during my periods). Now I haven’t been bleeding really since, so it only lasted one day which is so unusual for me?

Has anyone ever experienced something similar and could shed some light on what it could be? Really worried me!
