i started birth control pills in march of this year and since then, my period cramps haven't been as bad as they were before, but now i spot and cramp for about a day roughly 10-14 days before my period is due. this has never happened before. i also have never had tender boobs before or during my period until about two months ago. does anyone else experience this? will it regulate itself or is this my new norm?
