I'm 19 and on my sophomore year of college. There's this guy I like. He is in a fraternity BUT he's not your stereotypical frat guy. We've had a few conversations because we are both part of the OAEA(Oklahoma Aspiring Educators Association) so we've been to a few events. He always studies in the library at the same time and I really just want to ask him out but I always here let the guy come to you. But honestly I just want to ask him
