Hi ok think I’m having a miscarriage should I go to the ER

So my last last period was Sept 16 and then again October 15. October 15th’s period has been 10 days so far with no signs of bleeding stopping it’s slowed down a lot though. But I’ve been feeling sick and I stopped testing once I got my period… because period=not pregnant. Well today I took this and got this. Now idk what to think except I’m having a miscarriage. Is it worth the trip to the ER ? Btw if I would’ve been pregnant I would’ve been 5 weeks and 2 days.
