Boyfriend tried to break up with me last night

I have been with my boyfriend for about a year. We met at a party at his frat house. We both go to the same university. He sent me a text last night saying he doesn't deserve me and he doesn't deserve nice things. I felt he was breaking up with me so I left my dorm to go talk to him. I went to his fraternity and knocked. One of the other guys in the frat answered. He and my boyfriend were the only ones there because everyone else went to a party. He told me he's glad I'm here because I can talk to him because he's been talking to him the last 20 minutes and nothing he's saying is working. I went to see and my boyfriend was sitting in a bathtub and had clearly harmed himself. I sat outside the bath tub and he told me to go away and all he does he fuck up people's lives and everything he touches turns to garbage. I was just telling him he didn't fuck up my life. He kept try to break up with me saying he will just ruin everything. He makes everyone's lives worse. The other guy came in to talk to him again and we were both talking to him for an hour. He finally came out of the tub, let me tend to his wounds and went to sleep. He hasn't messaged me yet but it's not even 11am yet. Should I message him or go over there?
