Light brown discharge FET

Hi,

I am currently 6+2d pregnant.

Ever since I have found out I was pregnant, I have had light brown discharge like this which has been on and off. I don’t have any strong cramping, just the occasional twinge and pull here and there. I had a frozen embryo transfer and the only thing that I insert vaginally are oestrogen tablets. I have my viability scan in 3 days, but everytime I see this, it puts me on edge! I think is this an ectopic.. my son was stillborn last year and I am extremely anxious. Has anyone experienced similar? I experience creamy discharge on a daily basis.
