How to stop being so emotional with PCOS
So I have battled with pcos since I was 14 after 2020 it has gotten really worse. I guess because I was so stressed after 2020 it threw my body out of wack. I ate more; ate more sugar, and at the time did not know that the more sugar I ate the worse my symptoms were plus the trauma/stress I faced. I did keto for a month or two but I always felt hungry and felt harder to maintain. I have tried inositol it did nothing for me nor did it stop the sugar cravings. I was working out and eating right but I have not had a stable job for months….. I also deal with a lot of family stress/trauma. I have taken vitamin d, lemon balm, prenatal, and more maybe I didn’t give these supplements a lot of time or what but I still find myself very moody, sad; and depressed. What did you do to cure your depression with PCOS??? It’s kicking my ass right now. 😩😩 I’m in my 20’s and I just want to enjoy my 20’s.
