Scrunchy Mastitis Question
Question. I am 12 months pp but the nurse says I have mastitis (which I DEFINITELY agree with). I've always heard to use heat, massage, epsom salt/haakaa but the nurse told me specifically not to use heat and to instead use an ice compress for comfort. She also suggested 600mg of ibuprofen every 6 hours. She said if this does not help in 24 hours to call back and they'll write an antibiotic.
Is this weird to anyone else?
