5weeks today

Hello all im currently 39yrs. I'm so scared my hcg was 14405 at 5 weeks yesterday and 1 will after 48 hours. I had some bright red 2/3 drops spotting yesterday 1 time in a whole day and today when i use wipe i see brown color on wipes no spotting. Dr suggest me to take progesterone 200 every night from today. Just crurious to know ur thoughts or any of u experience. I had 1 MC in August 2023 #Pregnancy5Weeks
