This is kinda embarrassing so I am posting anonymously lol. Does anyone else have a problem with a… fishy smelling vag? Is there a product/supplement I can take to help with it that won’t effect my current combination birth control (Portia)? 
I’ve seen my OBGYN and it’s nothing of concern my tests are normal, but I am self conscious about it. Anytime I pull down my underwear there’s just this… scent? Can anyone relate/lend advice?

Anytime your cooter smells fishy… it’s likely you have an overgrowth of bacteria. 
Any fishy smell can be a result of 
1.BV (bacterial vaginosis) 
2. An STI - such as Trichomoniasis. 
3. Sweat - sweat mixing with bacteria; from vulva or pubic hair. And cleansing properly after sweating. Leaving it to dry and forgotten about. Which can result in an infection. = smelly odor. 
• Not cleaning properly.  
4. Dehydration- which they say not drinking enough could contribute to bacteria overgrowth and bag odor. 
5. Scented things on your or close by your coonch 🐱. Such as soap, oils, laundry detergent. Only wash with unscented antibacterial soap. Only use natural unflavored oils after wash. Don’t do not use any form of deodorant on her. Do not spray perfume down there. 
6. Scented pads/tampons/liners can result in a change of oh balance which can cause odor. 
7. An overkill of detergent can disturb your PH and cause issues/odor. 
8. Your diet. What you eat and drink. 
Other than that.. You’ll need an antimicrobial agent to help distinguish the issue and odor.  
And a uterus cleanse. Fruits, veggies, herbs, tea.

Anytime I've experienced your symptoms it was almost always BV, and if not, Yeast Infection.

Try boric acid suppositories. Probiotics. And see a doctor in case it’s bacterial vaginosis 💜

Are you washing with any soap?? If you are I would stop. It could be throwing off you PH. Make sure you have breathable underwear

I’d ask your doc to  test for BV. You need prescription medication from your doc to take care of that.

Ouuu as soon as I saw your taking Portia for BC I thought that might have something to do with it… not an expert and definitely not trying to discourage you from taking BC (your body your choice) but you could talk to your OBGYN about switching your BC and see if that makes a difference… and might be worth exploring if everything else seems to be fine for you otherwise/all your tests are fine.
