Possible trigger

Hey mamas! (pregnancy loss trigger)

I think I already know but I'm not sure. I went to get my annual today from a midwife practice. While there we did an ultrasound because it seems around my ovaries have been painful. While doing the ultrasound we found an actual gestational sac (not ectopic). I couldn't tell if it was empty or not so they did blood work (and said it would take a week to get back - I'm use to the next day at an OBGYNs office so my anxiety is through the roof) but I'm not getting positive at home test. The sac measured 4 weeks 2 days, that's the day highlighted below on the calendar. I also haven't had a real period for the last 2 months, it's been just mucus mixed with tinges of blood. So I'm not real sure if this is normal? Is it probably a miscarriage?

I've had 3 babies and with all of them i was testing positive at home 3 weeks 6 days.

Any advice would be appreciated. Especially if you've had this happen as well and had a healthy pregnancy. TiA 🩷
