Suspicious or exaggerating?

Recently my boyfriend has been acting weird. It first started with late texts, which I didn’t mind or acknowledge because we’re adults with things going on and can’t be glued to our phones. The next thing I noticed was his read receipts being turned off randomly and my contact name being changed from a heart to my name. With the read receipts, I know iPhones glitch at times and doesn’t show when messages have been read or not. I let it go for a couple days before I asked him, which magically, it then started “working” again, which prompted him to show me and I seen my name was changed. I don’t wanna sound or look controlling, so I only asked him about the read receipts being off. It’s also super minuscule so wouldn’t be something to argue over. Would you find this suspicious or am I being childish? What reason would he have to do these or am I truly being delusional?
