Ladies please help cd32-33 19dpo

I am at such a loss. I am cd 32 and 19dpo 4-5 days late and no signs of AF but no obvious positive either. I took two dollar store tests that had shadow lines immediately upon taking it and still obvious as they dried but there’s only a hint of color. Others are BFNs Tested with frer today and I don’t see anything. I’ve been regular, I ALWAYS spot before AF and nothing mild cramps. Enough to know they’re there but not enough to pay attention to and I never cramp with AF. Nauseous in the morning until I eat and then I’m fine. My stomach from sides of belly button down to C-section scar and back up the other side in a smile shape is tight or full feeling. Am I out? Is it still possible to get a bfp? Tell me all the things. I didn’t test ovulation this month but according to the app it was around 1st or 2nd on my other app and Is usually accurate prediction.
