38 and can't believe I am back on the Am I pregnant boards

My last bleed started 30th October. It was a little lighter than normal. Since then I have been exhausted, moody, had insomnia and since last week nausea and bouts of vomiting. IImportantto note i have a 17 month old IVF baby. I am breastfeeding still and my milk has also started drying up. I thought I was getting menopausal due to aches pains dizziness and hot/dizzy spells over last month and a half. I will test tomorrow. Am i being insane for thinking I may be pregnant?
