Miscarriage?

I woke up this morning and wasn’t nauseous like I had been my breasts also no longer feel really full and tender. I’ve started to have period like cramps some pretty intense. I go in on Friday to see if my HCG is rising. I really just feel like something is wrong. This is my first pregnancy. My HCG was 1066.7 today at 4 weeks and 4 days.

Is this your first pregnancy? If so, totally normal to have those lingering fears- I had them even after my first time 😉. But, for peace of mind, for my pregnancies (I have 2 beautiful healthy daughters), I felt like I had constant off and on period type cramps for the first trimester. Second trimester felt like I found a rhythm with all the extra belly lol, and then it starts to get uncomfortable and crampy again towards the end! Lots of moving parts, so aches and pains are normal for the most part. Congratulations! Try not to stress, enjoy the moment as much as you can 🙏🏼❤️

There isn’t anything here that definitively points to that. All of these can also happen in healthy pregnancies as well
