When it rains it pours

This is the 3rd time I have made it past 13 weeks but I have been pregnant many times Due to a genetic condition. With my other two “stickers “ the pregnancy once progressed past my danger zone have been easy but this pregnancy it’s been one thing after another they misgendered her and told me boy then girl then diagnosed with a complete previa then follow up testing said not complete partial. But now at my follow up baby is in transverse position still under 10 cm from my cervex and the umbilical cord is wrapped around her neck now. It feels like everything just keeps getting worse and my doctors response is always to follow up in 4 weeks won’t talk about my options or make plans I’d like to have multiple for the different contingencies. I have horrible

Anxiety on any given day but this is causing me to be depressed and beyond anxious. The not knowing the refusing to plan or acknowledge the outcomes other then possible c section between 36-37 weeks . Idk what I want form the post I’m just struggling idk if anyone could offer experience .
