Confused
Hi everyone 👋🏻 I’m currently 13 weeks pregnant with baby number 2. I went to my maternal fetal medicine doctor today due to a medication that I’m on. After they did the scan I spoke with the doctor and she said that something about the blood flow to the placenta puts me at a higher risk for preeclampsia or is an indication of potential preeclampsia. I had preeclampsia with my son at the very end of my pregnancy but nothing like this was ever caught when I was pregnant with my son. I asked her if I should be worried and she basicallly said it’s just something we should keep an eye on. I don’t really know what to make of this. Has anyone had this happen before? How did everything turn out? To be honest I’m scared. I have a history of recurrent miscarriages and infertility and I just don’t know what to make of all of this. Sorry for the long post just feeling so depressed right now 😕
